Return policy

We want you to love what you got. If something isn't working out, we'll make it right.

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date, with a few conditions:

  • Item must be in original, unworn condition
  • Original tags must be attached and intact
  • Sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges
Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we made an error — wrong item, wrong size, or a defect that was our fault. In that case, we'll cover it, no questions asked.

To start a return, email us at hello@partial.shop with your order number and a brief description of why you're returning. We'll take it from there.


Exchanges

Need a different size? The fastest way to exchange is to return your original item (within the 30-day window) and place a new order. This ensures you get the item before it sells out.

If you're not sure about sizing or availability, reach out before you send anything back — we're happy to check inventory for you.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation when it's been processed.

Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Shipping & fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the method selected at checkout.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control — but if something seems off, reach out and we'll dig into it.

We currently ship within the US. International shipping may be available — email us to ask.


Privacy policy

When you shop with Partial, we collect information like your name, email, shipping address, and payment details — all the standard stuff needed to process and fulfill your order.

We don't sell your personal information to third parties. Period.

We do use your data to:

  • Process and fulfill your orders
  • Send you order updates and customer service communications
  • Run targeted advertising — including retargeting ads on platforms like Meta and Google, based on your activity on our site
  • Improve our store experience over time

If you've opted into our email list, we'll occasionally send you updates on new drops, events, and community stuff. You can unsubscribe at any time — every email has a link at the bottom.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how people use our site and to serve relevant ads. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Our store is built on Shopify, which handles payment processing and maintains its own security and privacy standards. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored directly on our end.
