Returns

You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Items need their original tags attached. Worn, washed or untagged items will be sent back to you.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

How to start a return

Email hello@partial.shop with your order number and what you're sending back. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.

Return shipping

You pay for return shipping. If we sent the wrong item, the wrong size, or something defective, we'll send you a prepaid label instead.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days and email you when it's done. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping charges aren't refunded unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order. Not sure about a size? Email us first and we'll check stock.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email hello@partial.shop with a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll make it right.
